Latest News: February, 10th 2010My first 'report' as a CNN iReporter was vetted, although anyone could have done this. The window of opportunity was about 5 days, and of the 5 people that asked questions, 4 were selected.
While preparing a real report for Lostscope, I gave iReport a whirl. On the iReport website was an assignment request to interview James van der Beek, of Dawson's Creek fame. As I lived in the city where it was filmed as well as unknowingly ran in to one of the stars, I decided to give it a shot.
After posting a question along with a photo I took of a Wilmington, NC sign, I didn't expect much. A few days later, I received an email asking if I could provide a video to go along with a question I posted. I quickly scrambled together a video which I was told has been used, but have yet to see it anywhere.
